Walking in the appointed times of the Creator

The biblical feasts, or Moedim, are divine appointments established in scripture to draw us into sacred rhythms of covenant, remembrance, and prophecy. At Misretot Yeshua HaMashiach in Sandpoint, Idaho, we embrace these holy convocations to awaken identity and walk the ancient paths revealed through Torah and Yeshua.

Yom Teruah and the Days of Awe

Yom Teruah, the Day of Trumpets, heralds the arrival of the seventh month with the blast of the shofar (Leviticus 23:23–25). It awakens believers to personal examination, repentance, and preparation during the ten Days of Awe, pointing directly to the return of the King and the gathering of scattered Israel.

Yom Kippur: The Day of Atonement

Observed as the most solemn day of the biblical year, Yom Kippur is a time of complete fasting, prayer, and deep spiritual cleansing (Leviticus 23:26–32). We reflect upon redemption, cleansing from sin, and the eternal priesthood fulfilled through Yeshua HaMashiach as our great high priest.

Sukkot: The Feast of Tabernacles

Sukkot is a joyful seven-day celebration of dwelling in temporary shelters, commemorating the wilderness journey and anticipating the ultimate kingdom when God tabernacles among His people (Leviticus 23:33–43).
